PDCBS ("Us" or "We") is the sole owner of information collected on this site to purchase products and services from us (refer to the next paragraph for the limited exceptions to this). We do not provide any of your information to the third party service provider unless you first consent. Any information that we provide to the third party service provider with your consent is owned by that service provider, and it may use your information for whatever other purposes that it requires. This PDCBS Privacy Policy does not cover the use of your information in these limited circumstances.
Registration
In order to process your orders placed on this Website, you must first complete the registration form. During registration, you will be required to provide your contact information, which includes your name, email address, telephone number and billing and shipping addresses. This information is used to provide you with important PDCBS services such as automated order and shipment confirmations via email.
Order
Most of the information collected in the registration process will be used to process orders. During the order process, you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number, card expiration date, and card CVV2 code. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you. To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. Also, as set forth above in the Information Collection and Use section, for certain services, PDCBS has agreements with select third party business partners in order to provide our customers with additional services that we otherwise do not offer. In these cases, and only with your advance consent, we will share information collected from you with the third party service provider in order to allow the service provider to contact you directly in an effort to initiate and complete your project.

PDCBS does not sell products for purchase by children. Youth-oriented products are sold for purchase by adults only. Security
PDCBS takes precautions to protect its customers' information. When you submit personal information via the Website, we follow policies and procedures designed to protect your information both online and offline, examples of which are as described below:
When our Account Log In page asks you to enter personal information, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software currently available in the industry: SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Access to all of our users' information is restricted. PDCBS operates in a secured and locked facility that requires all employees to biometrically check in with their hand print as their authentication, and wear valid ID badges while on the premises. ADT alarm monitoring protects the premises after hours. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. No credit card information is retained once your transaction has cleared.
All PDCBS servers, including web servers and database servers, are housed and maintained in our highly secure Florence, South Carolina facility. Access to the database is strictly monitored and protected from outside access with both software and hardware firewalls. The servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secured environment, inside a secured room. All backups are stored in a First Reliance Bank vault and safety deposit box. Only personnel with proper security clearance have access to these restricted areas.
